Miss. Lotta Scales, a real dragon, is the librarian at Sunrise Elementary School. She was hired to guard the books. The kids and the teachers dreaded library day. Until, Molly Brickmeyer found her way to the library and showed her it was wrong to keep kids away from the library. Miss. Lotta Scales shred her scales to become Miss. Lotty the librarian.
