Cas's ghost girlfriend made the ultimate sacrifice to save him but now she's trapped in a hell realm with their worst nightmare. Cas vows that he will do whatever it takes to rescue her. This leads to a trip to England to find the roots of the order that created his father's athame that dispatches the dead in the hopes they can open a door to the hell realm to set Anna free. This series is billed as teen fiction but is very readable for adults. The teens are snarky and the humor is dark which makes for a enjoyable read.
