I did not like this book at all, it was basically the original old mcdonald with pete the cat driving a tractor on each page. Huge dissappointment.

A story about all the things you see in a town, schools, streets, and a hospital, but the ending is a surprise for everyone when readers are shown on the last page that it was not a real town but just one of the characters playing with his toys.

This is a simple story of Pigs headed west, building houses, friendships, and a town where they will all live together.







Elephantatntrum by Gillian Shields 32
Ellie wants everything and she wants it her way and when she cant have it everything will go wrong for everyone, but the small request of real live elephant changes everything. Ellies does not like to have to share her toys and friends. This elephant teaches Ellie a valuable lesson about herself.

Nuclear fallout hits the Earth, the lucky survivors  live in hives underground for 13 years before they are able to be released and when they are finally able to come out they find that the other human survivors have become mutated by government vaccine that was suppose to save and protect them from the radiation. Abi and Finn are the two teen characters who carry this book, while it is a bit contrived and predictable at times I did enjoy the book and look forwar d to the next installment.

I really enjoyed this book and there is not to many thingI can tell readers without giving away the ending and or concept of this entire book. Picture the perfect family gathering every year on their own private island, and then imagine something changes it all, changes the family forever.

Robby insits that his sister cannot play with him because she is suppose to play with dolls. But when her birthday rolls around she asks for the Robot that Robby has always wanted. The day of the party Robby makes an unwise decison that in the end teaches him a lesson.

The Things I Can Do by Jeff Mack 32

Readers meet a young person just like themselves and see all the things he can do on his own....like getting dressed (underwear on the head), fix toys with enough glue. Kids will get a good laugh out of watching the silly things this child can do on his own.

Build Dogs Build by James Horvath 40

This is the sequel to Dig Dogs Dig, and if you have a construction fan in the house this title will surely  be a hit. The dogs are busy on a job site with heavy equipment to get the job done.

If I Built a Car by Chris Van Dusen 40  Chris Van Dusen is  the favorite author of our household  and it stems from this book.   A little boy dreams up a car with just about everything!  My little ones love this book and so do I!
The Little Dump Truck by Margery Cuyler 32  The little dump truck is run by hard hat Pete and  the cute little rhymes in this book could be sang to  I'm a little teapot! Little dump truck goes about his work all day  with all who help him do his job
The Answer: Proof of God in Heaven Marius Forte and Sam Sorbo 264  This book to me was just perfect, I loved it and will read it over again.  The authors try to explain to readers in the simplest terms… there argument and the evidence.   They also reiterate one very important message: What you put out in this world is what you will get back.
The shape of my Heart by Mark Sperring 32  Shapes are all around us, but the shape that we  love with is the shape of a heart. I thought this was  a sweet book and not as traditional for the upcoming holiday
Ruby Valentine Saves the Day by Laurie Friedman 32  Ruby Valentine is at it again this time she is having a party, but her plan is derailed when a large Storm blows in!  But Ruby forges ahead taking the party to the people of heartland!
Anna's Act of Love/Elsa's Icy Magic by RH Disney 24  Two books in one, told by the sisters of frozen!
Arthur's Fire Drill by Marc Brown 24  DW is nervous the fire drill at school, so Arthur encourage s her by having a practice drill at home.  DW gets so good at it that she has the whole family practicing. This cute little book is an easy way to introduce  fires and fire safety to kids.
Lego City Catch that Crook by Michael Steele 24  The crooks at Lego City make away steeling the gold  but when they head to the forest for coverage, they run off to a cave  to find something worse than the police, Bears!
A Big Guy Took my Ball Mo Willems 64  Elephant insists on helping piggie when a big  guy takes his ball, but elephant is surprised to see  how big that guy really is!  In the end Whale just wants someone to play with him and his small ball
Zoom Zoom Sounds of the City by Robert Burleigh 32  The sounds of the city come alive with the ringing of the alarm clock, and the nosies go all day long until  the silent hush of the streets falls over the city.
Bunny Cakes Rosemary Wells 32  Max and Ruby both have different ideas when it comes  to baking the perfect birthday cake for Grandma.  Max keeps getting into trouble as Ruby bakes, so she has to keep sending him out for ingredients!  Max is determined to  get the things he needs for his cake too, and in the  end it seems as though Grandma loves both of the cakes the same!
Lego City Fight this Fire by Michael Steele 24  The Rookie at the fire station is determined to find his place at the fire station but he keeps having disasters,  when the chief is ready to give up the alarm rings and soon everyone  learns that rookie is good at something, driving the firetruck!
Brave by RH Disney 64  Merida is a princess with her own mind and she  will not be told what to do or who to marry!  But when Merida gets the help of witch to change  her mother into a bear she realizes that she really wants her mom back.  The spell can only be reversed by mending  the family tapestry and bond. When the queen is finally returned to her original form, her and Merida both have a new  appreciation and understanding of one another.
Snow Bugs  by Susan Schade 41  Snow Bugs are ready to go out in the snow!  Fast and slow, high and low,  on their sleds they go go go!
A Pony for a Princess by Andrea Posner Sanchez 32  While Belle is out for a picnic she finds a wild pony roaming on the grounds! With some quick  thinking and sugar cubes Belle is able to lure  the horse and make her her own.
My Truck Kevin Lewis 30 is Stuck by  Oh what poor luck the driver and his truck full of bones are stuck!  Every time someone approaches the hill he thinks they  will be able to help, but what rotten luck his truck stays stuck and theirs too! After many tries along comes a tow  truck who is able to pull all the vehicles out, but the poor man  and his dump truck drive off with an empty truck,  thanks to some skillful beavers!
Crocodaddy by Kim Norman 32  A little boy is down by the dock taunting a corcodaddy,  as they play it is soon revealed that there is no crocodile  after all just a daddy playing with his son!
All Hands on Deck by Martin Easton 31  The captain and crew are out on the ocean when they see a  windsurfer headed towards some rocks!  They jump into action quickly and make their  way to him just before the crash!
Zoom, Boom, Bully! By John Scieszka 24  Big Rig is causing all kinds of trouble in trucktown!  Every time one of the other trucks tries to play or give  him something he breaks it! Big Rig learns a big  lesson at the end when all the trucks of trucktown  explain that they were trying to have a birthday party for him.
Snow Bunny Tales by Rosemary Wells 48  This book is three stories in one for your favorite Max and Ruby Fan!  When Max and ruby head out to shovel Max insists on  building a snow plow and while ruby insists it cannot be done she eventually gives Max's idea a try! How does a  Bunny get what he wants? Just ask Max! When Ruby  insists that it is too cold to go out Max just causes more  trouble inside and when Ruby cannot take it any longer  she finally lets him go out!
Pirate Pat by Mairi Mackinnon 32  When a dark stranger arrives at grandmother's door,   everyone is afraid but they learn soon enough that it is a pirate seeking treasure but  Grandma is leery because the treasure map marks X right on her house! Pirate Pat digs anyway and grandmother is surprisingly  delighted when Pirate Pat does find treasure!
Play With Max and Ruby by Rosemary Wells 32  Max and Ruby are all numbers in this tale when  Max insists on having Ruby's favorites doll,  Ruby Finally makes a deal with him but it is hardly a fair trade when she asks for a number of his toys for her one dolly.
Biscuit Plays Ball by Alyssa Capucilli 32  Biscuit is not allowed to play ball with the kids but  he keeps interrupting the game, and when he finally gets a hold of the ball he puts a hole in it.  When it seems that no can play anymore because of a deflated ball along comes Puddles the dog with his own ball!  At last Biscuit has a friend to play ball with.
Then You Were Gone Lauren Strasnick 212  Adrienne and Dakota use to be best friends but everything  changes when they go to high school.  Everything changes one night when Adrienne gets a  panicked message from Dakota. As a investigation pursues into a the disappearance of the young teen,  readers will never believe what will happen in the end.
Love You Forever by Robert Munch 32  This classic book is not quite as I remember it,  but none the less it is a loving tale of a mother's  love for her son and how it transcends time.
Max's Dragon Shirt by Rosemary Wells 32  Max and Ruby are off to do some shopping,  Ruby is on a mission to find max some new pants but her  plans go array when she starts trying on dresses. Max has a plan of his own for getting his dragon shirt.  While things don't run quite so smoothly and Ruby ends up losing track of Max, in the end Max got exactly  what he wanted, his dragon shirt.
Ruby's Beauty Shop by Rosemary Wells 32  Ruby and Louise are playing beauty shop and instead of letting  Max play too, he becomes the first customer.  The girls finish max up with a blonde beehive wig, but when the girls get busy making themselves over  Max gets into the hair color, and  turns himself blue, green, and yellow.
Fourth of July Mice by Bethany Roberts 32  The 4th of July mice are to celebrate with a parade, picnic, and fireworks!
Under Construction by Gail Herman 32  Robby is upset when he finds our they are moving,  but his dad quickly redirects his attention to the vacant lot next door.  Soon the lot is filled with construction equipment  building a new house, and with that new house comes a  new family, and new friend for Robby.
Trucking Across America Michael Teitelbaum 32  As a big rig hit the road to move his cargo across the country,  the author takes the readers through different landscapes,  each one featuring a different type of heavy operating equipment.
Good Night Mouse by Jed Henry 32  It is bedtime for Mouse but he is still wide awake! How will his forest friends ever get him to go to sleep, each will try and fail but eventually  Mouse will find his own way to dreamland.
