Fortunately, the Milk by Neil Gaiman

Fortunately, the Milk by Neil Gaiman - 113 pages

Mother is out of town and Father forgot to get milk for breakfast.  After a long time, he returns with the milk and a tall tale about what happened while he was out.  It includes aliens, pirates, vampires, an exploding volcano god, and a time-traveling dinosaur in a hot air balloon.  Could it possibly be true?
I enjoyed this book.  It would be great for all kids.  It is really short and reads very quickly as there are a lot of line drawings in the book that help tell the story.  A hilarious romp through space and time.
