This is the second book in the Lunar Chronicles Series, its a good idea to read the first book before starting this one. The first book Cinder sets up a futuristic world with prince and princesses as well as robotic aspects. This book Scarlet continues the story from another aspect and brings in more characters including some with werewolf and vampire like qualities. It all works well together and makes for a very imaginative story. Looking forward to the next one in the series.
