The Christmas Train was a fun read that leads you on an adventure across the country. Tom Langdon is a journalist who has covered stories all over the world but is presently banned from flying. He has to travel by train to meet his girlfriend in California for Christmas. While aboard the train, he decides to write a piece on all the interesting characters he meets on his adventure. What he does not count on is meeting his ex, Eleanor, on the train ride. While trapped during an avalanche, he confesses his love for Eleanor. This is a feel good book with lots to offer: romance, adventure, and a surprise ending.
