"The Judas Goat" by Robert Parker - 347 pages
This is a Spencer novel. Spencer is hired by a millionaire to travel to London and find the terrorists that murdered his family. Spencer places an add in the paper for information leading to the terrorists and has two of them start following him. The story moves from London to Amsterdam and finally to the Olympics in Montreal, Canada where the terrorist are trying to assassinate the winners of the track and field races.
