This time there has been a murder at the Maine Tinker's Cove Public Library. The librarian has been murdered in the new addition of the library while the board members wait to start their meeting upstairs. All the board members are suspects including Lucy Stone. Now, Lucy is left to find the murderer and the person who stole the valuable tankard from the main display case. When the library roof collapses, Lucy realizes the board member who cut costs on the new materials is the guilty culprit. Throw in Valentine's Day and this becomes a fun holiday read.
