Cradle and All by James Patterson, 309 pages
I stumbled upon this book as a new teen book, but upon further investigation I found it was a book published earlier by the author. I did, however, find it a very enjoyable read. Having to do with the virgin birth, I found it highly appropriate to read at Christmas time. When two young school girls find themselves mysteriously pregnant, a former nun named Anne Fitzgerald, is sent to investigate who is carrying the next savior. Is it Kathleen, who comes from a wealthy family from Boston, or Colleen, a poor girl from Ireland? Cradle and All was a very thrilling read.
