When Diana, a witch from one of the most notorious witch families, uncovers a manuscript that all of the creatures have been looking for for centuries, it starts an event unlike anything any of these creatures has ever been a part of. And when Diana meets Matthew, a well-known, yet reclusive vampire, her world is turned upside down.
A Discovery of Witches was such a delightful surprise. What a well-written and smart fantasy/paranormal novel. The attachment that I felt for the characters was immediate and I couldn't put this down. Definitely one of the best supernatural thrillers I've ever read.
